Delivery Information

You’ve placed an order, now when will your glasses be delivered?

The maximum period of time we will require to deliver your glasses is 10 days. 80% of our customers receive their glasses within 5 days of ordering; however circumstances out of our control can sometimes cause a delay. Rest assure we work as hard as possible to make sure your frames are delivered with you as soon as possible.

If for any reason there is a delay that will see your delivery date go over 10 days from date of purchase, we will contact you immediately and find a solution suitable for everyone.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail.

Normally, we ask that all deliveries are signed for. This is to protect you as the customer, and us as the seller. Via special request only, we can have your glasses posted through your letterbox, waiting for you when you come home. If this is a service you require, please call us on 01507 66 55 63.
