Rather then baffle our customers with a lengthy returns policy; we thought we’d keep it simple ...

We would hate to think that our customers might be unhappy with their purchase; however we are also aware that sometimes, things just do not go to plan.

If you have any problems with your frames or glasses, please let us know within 14 days of receiving them.

We can then either replace them completely for you, or issue you with a full refund minus the manufacturing costs of any lenses you have had.

If in the unfortunate circumstance your frames arrive broken or damaged please let us know within 48hrs of receiving your items. Broken or damaged items will not be subject to any charge provided they are reported within the allocated time scale.

Our Laboratory Technicians & Opticians maintain an extremely high level of service to our customers by including very stringent tests on every lens, at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure that your prescription corrects your vision precisely.

It is due to this that we regrettably can not refund the cost of any lens manufactured to a specific individual’s prescription.

To arrange the return of a product simply call us on 01507 66 55 63 where a member of staff will be happy to deal with your enquiry.
