How to buy your glasses

Step 1 – Choose a frame by selecting the type of frame you would like from the Products menu on the lefthand side of this page.

Step 2 – Get a copy of your prescription from your optician and fill in the online options form... Please click here for full details

Step 3 – When you have completed the option form please go to the checkout and complete your purchase.

Step 4. – If you have chosen Bifocal or Varifocal lenses, we will send your frames to you so that you try them on and make any adjustments required. Please click here for full details …….

Our Delivery Promise to you

We always do our best to deliver your new prescription glasses in 7 days. However, because your prescription glasses are individually made to your specification, please allow up to 21 days for them to arrive.

We will let you know if there are going to be be any delays, so that we can give you the option of choosing another pair or to cancel your order.

Our typical deliveries are as follows:

Standard Frames we aim to deliver standard frames with Single vision or Bifocal lenses in 7 days but please allow 21 days for them to arrive. If you have anti reflective coated lenses, please allow a little longer.

Designer Frames These are normally despatched next day but please allow 7 to 21 days if ordered with prescription lenses. We will notify you if we are out of stock of your choice of designer frames

Rimless Frames We normally dispatch rimless glasses to you in 7 days, please allow 21 days for them to arrive.

Sports Frames Please allow up to 28 days for prescription lenses.

Our guarantee to you

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your prescription glasses we will,

Exchange your glasses for another pair even if you don't like the colour

Refund all monies paid, even if you change your mind.
