New prescription? New pair of eyes on the world, basically. We fit frames and lenses together, in-house, so everything works as it should from day one.
We're often asked how our lens quality can come at such friendly prices, the honest answer is we'd rather earn your repeat visits than your one-off spend.

Repair & Aftercare
Every new frame from us carries a manufacturer's warranty of two to four years, depending on the brand.
Free tune-ups and adjustments come with any purchase, and our loyalty programme keeps that support going for as long as you own the frames, whether they came from us or not.
Family-Run
Every fitting is handled by the same small team, not a rotating cast of staff.
